Stylish Design That Stands Out

Keeway has just launched its new sportbike, the RR300, in India at a starting price of Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This new model marks Keeway’s entry into the 300cc segment and is aimed at riders who are looking for a sporty design, decent performance, and everyday usability.

At first glance, the Keeway RR300 catches your attention with its sharp and aggressive styling. It features a full-faired design, twin LED projector headlamps, and aerodynamic lines that give it a proper supersport look. It’s clear that Keeway is trying to appeal to younger riders or those upgrading from a smaller bike.

Engine and Performance

Under the fairing, the RR300 is powered by a 278.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces around 27.5 bhp and 25 Nm of torque. It’s mated to a 6-speed gearbox, which should be good enough for both city rides and weekend highway runs. While these numbers may not break records, they’re respectable for this class and should offer a smooth and engaging ride.

Suspension, Brakes & Features

The bike comes equipped with upside-down front forks and a monoshock at the rear, which should provide decent handling and comfort. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS as standard. The RR300 runs on 17-inch alloy wheels and comes with a 12-litre fuel tank.

In terms of features, it gets a fully digital instrument console that displays all the necessary information including speed, gear position, fuel level, and trip data. There’s also LED lighting all around, which is now becoming standard in this segment.

Colours, Rivals & Final Thoughts

Keeway will offer the RR300 in multiple colour options, including red, white, and black. Deliveries are expected to begin in the coming weeks through select dealerships across India.
